Icons used within the PollMob applications (namely on the tab bar in the iOS version) are from Icons8. Data used within the PollMob application is provided by the Australian Electoral Commission and hence rights are retained by the Commission.
By using this website or the PollMob mobile applications that are linked to from this website (collectively herein referred to as "PollMob Services"), which are provided by Matt Lavender (herein referred to as "PollMob JV"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
The content material within PollMob Services provided by PollMob JV is of a general nature, and is provided for informational purposes only. While PollMob JV takes reasonable care to ensure the quality of data provided through PollMob Services is adequate, timely, accurate, reliable and complete, PollMob JV provides no warranty for the use of content material within PollMob Services. Matt Lavender (herein referred to as "PollMob JV") is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals. PollMob JV respects and protects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy tells you how PollMob JV collects and uses information through the PollMob website and linked PollMob mobile applications (herein collectively referred to as "PollMob Services").
There are many aspects of PollMob Services which can be viewed without providing personal information, however some features may require you to submit personally identifiable information. For example, if you contact us, we will collect the identifying information you provide, such as a name or email address. PollMob JV takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is securely stored. Access to personal information provided by you is also restricted to PollMob JV and its agents who need it to provide benefits or services to you. PollMob Services collect information about your system, through the use of services including but not limited to the Google Play Store, iOS App Store, Google AdMob and Google Analytics. This information includes information about your device and how you use it. If you do not wish to share this information, please discontinue use of PollMob Services immediately.
We may occasionally engage other companies to provide services on our behalf. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. You may access the data that PollMob JV has collected about you at any time. Please use the contact details at the bottom of this page to do so.
